Workshop brief

One day that takes AI from buzzword to colleague. The morning sets the vocabulary (AI, LLM, token, RAG and MCP), explained once and used all day. Then it becomes a working habit: what to do yourself, what to do with AI, and what to hand over entirely, with the right tool for each job. The final hour puts everything together: a rough research packet becomes a finished, rehearsed pitch, built live with ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gamma.

   Hour 1: What is AI, actually?

   No hands-on this hour, explanations and live demos. Five terms made clear: AI, LLM, token, RAG, MCP. Watch a model learn live, see an LLM write one token at a time, and see how RAG lets it read your documents.

   Hour 2: AI Mindset: Tool → Co-Worker

   Concepts become a habit: honest strengths vs weaknesses, three ways to work with AI (Chat · Co-Worker · Assistant), and the delegation filter, yourself, AI-supported, or AI-delegated.

   Hour 3: AI Use Cases: what to delegate

   From mindset to specific tasks: writing & communication, research with sources (Perplexity), and visuals & slides without a designer (Gamma), matching the right tool to each task.

   Hour 4: Working effectively, then a pitch built live

   Prompts that state role, context, goal and format; reusable custom instructions; then one continuous demo, research packet → insight → story → slides → rehearsal.

• Decide in seconds what to do yourself, what to do with AI, and what to hand over.
• Pick the right tool for the job: ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity or Gamma.
